During the past 20-years there has been four major power outages in the U.S. lasting more than 3-days (historical Blackouts). During a major power outage gasoline stations can't pump gasoline, refineries shut down, signal lights go dark, airlines and truckling come to a halt. To be better prepared consider an emergency generator at your home, business, and or industry location. Our Energy-Alert Program includes a fuel set-aside automated web-enabled system.  It will allow fuel dealers to register on-line and then accept inquiries from citizens and critical serve providers for emergency fuel. We have also incorporated a "Driver-Hours-Waiver" form on-line. This assists delivery companies of fuel and critical food supplies to maintain the supply of critical fuel, food, and other items. If some reason the Web "is down" you can use our system with paper forms and a cell phone to communicate your needs with a state energy office.
